Terms of Service
By registering a CodeStorm Arena account or administering an event you agree to the following terms. These terms were last updated on 18 November 2025.
Eligibility & Accounts
Participants must create an account via Clerk. Organizers may suspend accounts for suspected misuse or policy violations.
Competition Conduct
Sharing solutions during an active round, tampering with timers, or probing protected APIs is strictly prohibited.
Content Ownership
Participants retain ownership of code they submit. You grant CodeStorm Arena a license to store and review submissions for judging.
Administrator Responsibilities
Admins must honour disclosed schedules, manage manual grading promptly, and keep role assignments up to date.
Service Availability
We strive for uninterrupted competitions but may pause rounds for maintenance or unexpected outages.
Liability
CodeStorm Arena is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages arising from competition participation.
Organizer Commitments
- Use the admin console responsibly—every action is logged against your Clerk identity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our scoring logic outside of the API surfaces provided.
- Respect participant data. Exporting submissions for external storage requires participant consent.
If you have concerns about these terms or require a signed agreement for enterprise use, contact legal@eventneo.com. We may update this document and will notify active organizers through the admin dashboard and email.
